The Teeter Hang Ups inversion bar offers a safe way to perform tough inverted exercises.
Whether you want to enjoy an inverted full-body stretch or perform such inverted exercises as crunches, sit-ups, and squats, this Teeter Hang Ups inversion bar makes a great accessory for your workout toolkit. The inversion bar--which installs in a solid wood doorframe without interfering with the door's functioning--is safe and convenient, with a heavy-duty steel construction that holds up to 250 pounds. Once you've installed the bar, simply strap on your Teeter Hang Ups gravity boots (sold separately) and slip the boot hooks in place. Soon, you'll be hanging fully inverted, helping you relieve pressure on your vertebrae discs and ligaments, stimulate your blood circulation, improve flexibility, and reduce fatigue. The inverted position is also ideal for getting in shape, as fitness experts estimate that full-range inverted sit-ups are 10 times tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal load on the back. The bar is ideal for chin-ups as well.

The inversion bar mounts securely in place thanks to the locking brackets, which are installed with screws in the doorframe for security. The brackets include locking pieces that snap over the inversion bar to keep it in place, but can also be unlocked should you want to remove the bar from the doorframe. The bar also features foam handgrips that make the mount and dismount more comfortable while preventing calluses, along with a scratch-resistant powder coating that keeps the product looking good for life. The inversion bar--which is adjustable for doorways between 28 and 36 inches--carries a five-year warranty.

About Teeters Hang Ups
Founded in 1981 by Roger and Jennifer Teeter, Teeter Hang Ups has been manufacturing quality inversion products ever since. The primary reason for company's success is that the founders truly believe in the health benefits of inversion, a simple, natural form of therapy that's been around since 400 B.C. The Teeters first learned about inversion at a water ski tournament in 1980. At the time, Roger Teeter was suffering from severe back problems, which he owed to his career as a professional water skier and from an auto accident. After trying several forms of therapy to help manage his pain, he finally learned that by hanging upside down, he was able to relieve the pressure on his back and begin the road to recovery. In the ensuing years, the Teeters saw an absence in the marketplace of safe, high-quality inversion products, and dedicated themselves to filling that void. Teeter Hang Ups is the only company in the world to manufacture inversion products continuously since 1981.

Designed for use with the Teeter Gravity boots, the Teeter Inversion Bar provides a simple, space saving inversion option for the experienced user. By securing the Inversion Bar in a doorway, achieve maximum stretching, decompression and relief by kicking up to the bar and hook each boot onto the bar.
